Refund Policy

We want every Little Hands Lab customer to feel confident shopping with us.

Eligibility for a refund:

  • Wrong item or box received

  • Item arrived damaged, defective, or missing pieces

  • Approved change-of-mind return (unused, in original packaging, within the return window)

Refund process:

  1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email/WhatsApp of approval or rejection

  2. Approved refunds are processed within [3–7] business days

  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item)

  • If a refund is approved but not received within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank/card provider first, then contact us at [email/phone]

Exchanges: If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund (e.g., swapping for a different box), let us know when you submit your return request and we'll arrange it, subject to stock availability.
