Return Policy

At Little Hands Lab, we want you and your little one to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

You can request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item(s) or wrong box

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You changed your mind and the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Return window: Items can be returned within [7 / 14] days of delivery.

Conditions for return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/seals intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Some items, such as [opened sensory materials, consumables, or items marked "final sale"], may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons

How to start a return:

  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return instructions

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm the next steps (refund or exchange)

Return shipping costs are covered by Little Hands Lab only in cases of wrong items or damaged/defective products. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
